I am a personal coach and educational consultant. Kitchen coaching combines my love of food and cooking with my passion for teaching and empowering people. I have taught cooking to children and adults and love cooking for friends and family.
Over the past six years as my family has grown, it has become a priority to make quick, healthy dinners that young kids will like and that my husband and I will enjoy too. At this point in my life, I am not interested in the most complicated and challenging recipes. However, I love food from all over the world and like to have a lot of variety in what we eat.
